We gladly accept returns and exchanges if contact is made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation. You must notify us of your cancellation/exchange and through our contact form or via email to ulagancards@gmail.com 

You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
